COUNCIL RESOLUTION - GENERAL FORM
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
approves the application of the City Comptroller of said City for
the abatement of flushing assessment on the folloiring described
property,y_ o Bait: Northwesterly 6.27 feet of Lot 9 and all of
Lots 1 thru 8, Block 3, Prince and Desnoyers Rearrangement;
totaling $15.44, and recommends,that the Commissioner of Taxation
of the State of Minnesota cancel said assessment.
