Winkel — An ordinance settling $ the claim of rCha ^Z�� rswa�_. ��a ; vrackhti_ Prelgo An ordinance settling the claim of Charles Prelgo and Martha Prelgo against the City of Saint Paul. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY'OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby authorized to pay out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund to Charles Prelgo and Martha Prelgo, the sum of $140.00 in full settlement of their claim against the City by reason of damage to their property on April 24, 1959, when a City vehicle driven by Frank T. Huberty struck the retaining wall, damaging the fence and lawn at 687 Jackson Street. Sec. 2. That said sum shall be paid to the said claimants upon their executioh and delivery of a release in full to the City, in a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all damages sustained in the manner aforesaid.
