WHEREAS, on August 5, 2009, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #09-854,
said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for property clean-up on private property from April
5 to Apri129, 2009 (File No. J0909A, Assessment No. 8675); and
WIIEREAS, the property at 263 Front Avenue, being described as:
AUERBACH & HAND'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF ST. PAUL LOT 4 BLK 47;
with the property identification number 25-29-23-13-0207 was assessed an amount of $215.00 for property
clean up; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as DSI has indicated the
assessment was made in errar.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
any accrued interest; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $215.00, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the
Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #09-854 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
