The Veterans Housing has been discontinued and due to changes now being made because of the highway to be constructed along the front of the property and the cutting off a small portion on the west end;. it no longer is desirable for playground use. There- fore, the property should be conveyed back to the State of Minnesota, in trust. Yours very truly, Bernard T. Holland, Commissioner
