RESOLVED: That licenses for Restaurant and Cigarette, Application F -812,
applied for by Lemuel and Gertrude Dettinger at 1155 Montreal
Avenue be and the same are hereby granted,
PROV=, HOWEVER: That no gasoline be sold on the premises, that the restaurant
close not later than 12 o'clock midnight, that the lot be kept
landscaped, that signs be posted "No Sounding of Horns after
9:00 P.M. ", that the proprietors will clean up every morning
all papers, sacks, etc., that the grounds'be prepared and
maintained so as to be dustless, tLnd that the sidewalks
around the property be cleared of snow and ice during the winter.
