OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK COUNCIL RESOLUTION - GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONE _-p DATE WHEREAS, the date of Thursday., July 23rd, has been selected as the date for the City and "County Employees Annual Picnic, to be held in Highland Park, and WHEREAS, the members of the City Council desire to encourage attendance of the employees, feeling that this event does much to promote a wholesome and beneficial relationship among City and County Employees, therefore be it RESOLVED, That the proper City Officials be and they are hereby authorized and directed to release those employees who wish to attend and participate in the picnic on the 23rd day of July, 1959; provided however, that said officials shall arrange for necessary skeleton crews to remain at work to conduct the business of the City and County, and be it FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City tives on the City Hall and Court House resolution applicable to the employees COUNCILMEN Yeas Nays DeCourcy Holland Mortinson Peterson Rosen Winkel Mr. President, Dillon 5M 5.58 cQ50.2 Council urge their representa- Commission to adopt a similar under their supervision.
