An ordinance ordinance settling the claim of Erickson
Petroleum Corporation against the City of Saint
Paul.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the pr6per City officerw are hereby
authorized to pay out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund to

Erickson Petroleum Corporation the sum of $120.52 in full
settlement of its claim against the City of Saint Paul arising
as a result of a defective paving connection in.front of the
property.commonly known as 629 North Rice Street, upon which'
property said corporation had installed a service station and
caused a private sewer to be installed, the defect in said
paving connection being discovered after the private sewer line
had been re- excavated and an inspection made at this location.
Section 2. That said-sum shall be-paid to said claimadnt
, •, u p on the execution and delive ry to the City of a corporate release
signed by two officers of the aforementioned corporation, -in a
form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, as full compensation
and settlement of all damages and claims arising as set out in
Section 1.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty days after its passage, approval and publication.

An ordinance settling the claim of Erickson
Petroleum Corporation against the City of Saint
Paul.
THE'COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to pay out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund to
Erickson Petroleum Corporation the sum of $120.52 in full
settlement of its claim against the City of Saint Paul arising

property commonly known as 629 North Rice Street, upon which
property said corporation had installed a service station and
