THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the pr6per City officerw are hereby authorized to pay out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund to 1 Erickson Petroleum Corporation the sum of $120.52 in full settlement of its claim against the City of Saint Paul arising as a result of a defective paving connection in.front of the property.commonly known as 629 North Rice Street, upon which' property said corporation had installed a service station and caused a private sewer to be installed, the defect in said paving connection being discovered after the private sewer line had been re- excavated and an inspection made at this location. Section 2. That said-sum shall be-paid to said claimadnt , •, u p on the execution and delive ry to the City of a corporate release signed by two officers of the aforementioned corporation, -in a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, as full compensation and settlement of all damages and claims arising as set out in Section 1.
