THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOTS ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the Zoning Code, Chapters 60 to 64
inclusive, of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, pertaining to Use
Districts, Height Districts and Rezoning of Certain properties
in the City of Saint Paul, as amended, be and the same is hereby
further amended so as to rezone the following described property
from "A" Residence District to "C" Residence District:
Lots 6 and 7. Block 16, Jackson and Bidwellts
Addition, situated at the northeast corner
of Annapolis and Bidwell Streets.
n Section 2. That the owners of said hereinabove described
real estate, and their successors and assigns in respect thereto,
hereby are obligated, at their own separate cost and expense, to
construct and maintain drainage facilities therein, adequate for
the drainage of surface waters therefrom into public storm water
sewers, subjecto inspection and approval by the Commissioner of
Public Works o said City; that the owners of said hereinabove
descxibed-rea estate, fox themselves, and their successors and
assigns in t e premises, shall file their written acceptance of the
provisions of this section with the City Clerk, in form approved by
the Corporation Counsel within ten days next after the passage of
this ordinance.
