Adopted by the Cduncil July 28, 1959. Approved July 28, 1959. (August 1, 1959) WHEREAS, The Public Safety Department has requested the elimination of the wyeing movement on the Rondo - E. 6th Street busline at Nokomis and Rose Streets, be it RESOLVED, that the busline be extended for terminus on Nokomis at Boulevard; on Edgewater Maryland to. Nokomis; on at Roses and be it route of the Rondo -E. 6th Street tuFning purposes from its present dose; on Rose to Edgewater Boulevard to Maryland; on Nokomis to the present route FURTHER RESOLVED, that a certified copy of this resolution be sent to the Railroad and Warehouse Commission. This action`on ths'part of United Properties is designed -to establish a .memorial on' behalf of William Haim ap Senior, this . being, the -100th anniversary of his birth. -In its present condition this ,property is unsightly and definitely injuriou`s'to th'i best interests of the- loop area., Its continued vacancy indicates its undesirability.•for commercial- purposes..
