An ordinance amending Chapter 146 of the Saint. Paul Legislative Code, pertaining to limited time park- ing restrictions. This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Section 146.03, Saint Paul Legislative Code, is hereby amended by adding thereto' the following: "No person shall, between the hours of 8 :00 A. I. and 6 :00 P.M., stop, stand or park any vehicle, except in compliance with the directions of a police .officer or other recognized emergency authority for more than thirty minutes at any one time, in the following place: "North side of W. Seventh.Street between Goodrich Avenue and Douglas Street" and adding thereto Section 146.03, Saint Paul Legislative Code the following: "No person shall, between the hours of 8 :00 A.M. and 9 :00 P.M., stop, stand or park any vehicle, except in Compliance with the directions of a police officer or other recognized emergency .authority for more than thirty minutes at any one time, in the following place: "East side of Ninth Street between.-Main Street and Smith Avenue ".
