An ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 11485,
approved May 27, 1959, and amending Ordinance
No. 10725, entitled:
"An ordinance granting permission and
authority to the Village of Roseville to
connect the public sewer system of said
Village of Roseville to the public sewer
system of the City of Saint Paul and
thereafter maintain and operate the same
as an outlet for said public sewer system
of said Village for public sewage convey-
ance and disposal purposes, and providing
applicable terms and conditions."

ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public
peace, health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 11485, approved May 27,
1959, providing for certain amendments to said Ordinance No.
10725, hereby is in all things repealed.
Section 2. That the first paragraph of 'Section 3 of
said Ordinance No. 10725, approved January 20, 1956,,as
amended, shall be and hereby is further amended by inserting
therein at the end of said paragraph, the following:
"That the foregoing provisions of this
'paragraph shall be subject to the further
exception: That said Villagecof1.Roseville
may permit the installation, maintenance and
operation of a�sewer service connection between
its said public sewer system and the following
described real property lying beyond its cor-
porate limits and situate within the limits
of the Village of Arden Hills in the County
of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, to -wit:
Tract 1. - Southeast Area - Commencing at
the SE corner of the Village of Arden Hills,
which point is also the SE corner of Section
34, Township 30, Range 23, and which point is
also the center of the intersection of
Lexington Avenue North and County Road 'D';
thence northerly along the center line of said
Lexington Avenue 7050 feet; thence westerly
and parallel to the south line of Section 27,

Section A. That the operative effect of this ordinance
and its amendment of said prior Ordinance No. 10725, shall
be contingent upon the acceptance of the same by said Village
of Roseville not later than sixty days next after the passage
and approval of this ordinance, such acceptance by said
Village of Roseville to be represented by its enactment of an
ordinance formally accepting this ordinance and agreeing to
abide by all of the provisions, terms and conditions of the
same, and the filing of a certified copy of such Village
ordinance with the City Clerk and with the City Comptroller
of said City of Saint Paul.
Section d This ordinance is hereby declared to be an
emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of
the public peace, health and safety.
Section This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force upon its passage, approval and publication.
