County, Minnesota, also described as No. 1076 E. Rose Avenue,
and wreck and remove the one -story frame dwelling thereon,
and to do any and all things therein necessary for the
protection of life, limb and adjoining property.

Old Age Assistance, County Welfare Bd., 476 St. Peter
which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the
one story frame dwelling on Lot 11, Block 3, Cloverdale Addi-
tion, also known as 1076 E. Rose Avenue, as published in the
official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnation proceedings and the building has not been
removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action which
will authorize the Commissioner of Parks, Playgrounds And
Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and re-
move the building thereon, and to do any and all things there-
in necessary for the protection of life, limb, and adjoining
property.
