Resolved, That Donald X Johnson
be permitted to construct a seven -foot
redwood louvered fence a distance of
24 feet along the alley side of his lot,
and 19 feet along the north and south
property lines, to enclose "a patio, at
his premises at No. 1781 Randolph
Avenue, said fence to be constructed
under the direction and to the satis-
faction of the Commissioner of Parks,
Playgrounds and Public Buildings.

Dear Council Members:
You referred to this 'office, the request of Donald K. John-
son for Council permit to construct a seven foot fence at
1781 Randolph Avenue.
It is recommended that this request be granted as this
will be a seven foot redwood, louvered fence, 24 feet along
the alley side of the lot and nineteen feet along the north
and south property lines, to enclose a patio, for privacy.
