PAUL OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK CIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM 'E COUNCIL _No_ Council File No. 193239 —By Joseph Fj Dillon, mayor — Whereas, under date of July 10, 1951 the Joint "Court House and Cit- - -T-Is Committee approved ` res .-molding Provis ?on.2 WHEREAS, under date of July 10, 1959, the Joint Court House and City Hall Committee approved a resolution amending Provision 2 of the Financial .Admiaistrative Procedure, paragraph 3, so as to provide that the pay roll dates for the employees of the City Hall and Court House Commission be extended to the 8th and 23rd day of each month, beginning with the month of 1959, and WHEREAS, said Joi t Court House and City Hall Committee requests the Council of the City of Saint Paul to approve said change, therefore be it RESOLVED, that Council File No. 165044, approved July 31, 1953, setting out respective pay days for employees of the City of Saint Paul, Board of Education, and City Hall and Court House Commission, be amended to provide pay days for the employees of said City Hall and Court House Commission on the 8th and 23rd days of each month, and that Amendment No. 2 as above set out is hereby approved.
