RESOLVED, that Robert E. Pace be permitted to install and
operate an 11 -car private off - street parking lot in conjunction

corner of Wheelock Parkway and AlUemarle Street, on the west 94
feet of Lots 25,, 26, and 27, Block 1, Rice Street Villas, in
accordance with plans approved June 4, 1959, and subject to com-
pliance with the provisions of all ordinances governing the operation
of parking lots and to the further condition that sidewalks abutting
