RESOLVED, that an extra in the amount of $113.00 be allowed
under Contract No. G -1489 between the City of Saint Paul and the
Batzli Electric Company, said contract for Electrical Work for
the Theater Section and Third Floor offices of the Municipal
Auditorium, Saint Paul, and said extra to cover correction of the
existing low voltage condition in connection with the 'West Arcade
Panel, this work having been requested by the Commissioner of
Libraries, Museums, Auditorium, and Stadia, and agreement made
with the contractor, and a memorandum of said agreement having
been filed with the Comptroller and countersigned by him.

Contract Number G -1489 was awarded to the Batzli Electric Co.
for Electrical Work for the Theater Section and Third Floor
Offices of the Municipal Auditorium, 143 West Fourth Street,
Saint Paul, Minnesota.
During the course of the work under this contract, it was
found desirable to correct the existing low voltage condition
in connection with the West Arcade Panel, and, at the request
of the Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium, Museums, and
Stadia, negotiations have been conducted with the contractor,
who agrees to do this work for the sum of $113.00, which is
a reasonable amount for the labor and material involved.
It is, therefore, requested that a resolution be submitted
to the Council authorizing this extra.
