East - and -West alley from 10 ft.East of the East line of Merriam's Re
of the East Third of Lot 9, Smith & Lotus Outlots to 39.94 ft. East
of the West line of Lots 3 and 22, Block 2, Swift's Subdivision; also
constructing a sewer from the alley to Carroll Ave.in an easement to be
obtained on, under and across the westerly 4 ft. of Lot 113 Block 21
Swift's Subdivision, under Preliminary Order 190594 approved January 13,
1959,.a nd Final Order 191781 approved April 14, 1959.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the above
named improvement as submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works,
be and the same are hereby approved, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is
hereby directed to advertise for bids on this improvement
