grade as shown on the profile on file in the Department of Public
Works; also grading and surfacing with bituminous material,--the alley
in Block 21, Merriam Park, from Prior Ave. to Howell St. to the
proposed change of grades under Preliminary Order 190841 approved
February 3, 1959 and Final Order 191907 approved April 21, 1959.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the above
named improvement as submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works,
be and the same are hereby approved, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is
hereby directed to advertise for bids on this improvement.
