2 1120, said Resolu �on bein e Ratification of Assessment for emergency boarding and securing during
3 June 2009. (File No. 6B, Assessment No. 018725); and

5 WHEREAS, the property at 195 Ninth Street East, being described as:

7 CIC NO 574 PRINTERS ROW CONDO UNIT NO.E101
9 with the propefty identification number 31-29-22-42-Q023 was assessed an amount of $3>0.00 for
10 boarding and securing; and

12 WHEREAS, the I,egislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was
13 made in enor.

15 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
16 any accrued interest; and

18 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reducrion of $350.00, plus any accxued interest, be funded by the
19 Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #09-ll20 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
