1 WHEREAS, on October 7, 2009, the City Council of the Ciry of Saint Paul adopted Council File #09-
2 1120, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for property clean-up on private property from
3 June 12 to June 29, 2009 (File No. J0914A, Assessment No. 018711); and

5 WHEREAS, the property at 948 Beech Street, being described as:

ALLBY LOT 24 BLK 107

10 with the property identification number 33-29-22-21-Q146 was assessed an amount of $235.OQ for property
11 clean up; and

13 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the property owner
14 did not receive proper legal notificarion.

16 THBREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
17 any accrued interest; and
18
19 BE IT FURTHER P.ESOLVED, that the reduction of $235.00, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the
20 Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #09-1120 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
