09-1262CouncilFile#4 04-1262 Green Sheet # 3087216 RESOLUTION � OF .,S¢INT PAUL, MINNESOTA Presented by 1 WHEREAS, on October 21, 2009, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #09- 2 1181, said Resolution being the Rarification of Assessment for collection of delinquent vacant building 3 monitoring fees re-invoiced in July 2009 (File No. VB0906, Assessment No. 8721); and 4 5 WHEREAS, the properties on the attached list are for the collection of delinquent vacant building 6 monitoring fees in the amount of $1,070; and 7 8 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessments as they were made in 9 error by department staff. 10 l 1 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,070.00, plus any accrued intexests, be funded 12 by the Exempt Assessment Fund for the properties on the attached list.
