cover certain changes on the Spotlight Enclosure, this work

Contract G -1809 was awarded to Commonwealth Electric Company
for electrical work of the Contour Curtain in the Munii✓ipal
Auditorium, 1431,West Fourth.Street, `Saint Paul.
During the course of the work under this contract, it was
found desirable to make certain changes on the Spotlight
Enclosure, and; at the request of the Commissioner of Libraries,
Auditorium, Museums & Stadia, negotiations have been conducted
with the contractor, who agrees to make these changes for the
amount of $410.,00, which is a reasonable amount for the labor
and material involved.
It is, therefore, requested that a resolution be submitted
to the Council authorizing this extra in the amount of $410.00
to Contract Number G -1809 to cover the above described work.
