RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract C. ittee
therefor and hereby awards contract for the Construction of a Sewer in Wyoming
Street from Brown to Woodbury Braver to ROBERT A. MOORE in accordance with City plans
and specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #7751 of said Robert

W. Moore for the contract price of $4,588.00 (plus Engineering $367.00 and plus
Inspection $92.00 by City Forces) such bid being the lowest and said Robert W.
Moore being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and
hereby is directed to,draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper
City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City
of St. Paul.
