WHEREAS, in connection with' the SHEPARD ROAD Right -of -Way
from the vicinity of Sumac Street extsnded to Otto ,Avenue
on the south side of - Butternut" Street, 'numerous buildings
in that area will -have to be rated in order to -provide
fcr the development of the ROAD, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that authorization is hereby given to enter into
such contracts, as are necessary pursuant -to law, with
wrecking companies- to raze such buildings, at an approximate
cost of ;,-500,00; which cost is to be pdiZ out of the
P:,I:R;, FUND) Code 30011' said Fund to be reimbursed after
completion of the work., from the Municipal State Aid Fund-
Project No. 62= ,504.4 -083 and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that all cash receipts from the razing of
any structures within the above described .project,. be credited
to the P.I.R.-FUND., Code 3001.
