RESOLVED, That Council File No. 192641, adopted and
approved by this Council on June 5, 1959, is hereby amended
by adding the following: -
"That this transfer of property is approved on the
further condition that the Port Authority of the City of Saint
Paul execute,and deliver to the Public Works Department of the
City of Saint Paul an easement for dump and sanitary fill purposes
on all the land involved in this transfer."
