Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In -the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses
constructing a sewer in Luella Street from Larpenteur Avenue to Idaho Avenue; in
for ,
Idaho Avenue from Luella Street to Darlene Street; in Darlene Street from Larpenteur
Avenue to Hoyt Avenue; and in David Street from Hoyt Avenue to Idaho Avenue -- all
of which is to be known as the.Darlene- Idaho Sewer System
under Preliminary Order_ 172754 approved April 19, 1955

Intermediary Order 173285 approved may 24, 1955
Final Order 173675 approved June 21, 1955
The assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.

RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 5th
day of August 19--59_, at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
