Dear Council Members:
This Department received the request of the Minnesota
Fence & Iron Works for permission to erect an eight foot
fence at the corner of Payne and Woodward, to enclose
the 7 -Up Company truck parking lot.
This will be a seven foot high fence with three strands
of barb wire directed in to the property.
An inspection was made of the property, and this new
fence will replace an existing fence which has been
damaged beyond repair. Our inspector could see no ob-
jection to granting this request.
Yours truly,
Al ed H. Schroeder
