LOWELL Supt. of Public Recreation Dear Council Members: This Department received the request of the Minnesota Fence & Iron Works for permission to erect an eight foot fence at the corner of Payne and Woodward, to enclose the 7 -Up Company truck parking lot. This will be a seven foot high fence with three strands of barb wire directed in to the property. An inspection was made of the property, and this new fence will replace an existing fence which has been damaged beyond repair. Our inspector could see no ob- jection to granting this request.
