193897COUNCIL FILE N0. 19389' By - } j Council FUe No. 193897- - In the Matter of constructing a INTERMEDIARY, ORDER I,see�-r irX„Gn +ta({e Ave} fro�n.f3uFT- Street, In the Matter of constructing a sever in Cottage Ave. from Burr Street to Jessie Street; in Jessie Street from Cottage Ave. to Ivy Ave.; in Bradley Street from Cottage Ave. to Ivy Ave.; in Ivy Ave. from Jessie Street to a point that is 35 feet east of the east line of Lot 16, Block 1, Stone & Morton's 2nd Add., all of Which is to be known as the JESSIE -IVY SEWER SYSR12I under Preliminary Order 191860 Approved April 15, 1959 The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of -the Commissioner of Finance upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: 1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to construct a sewer in Cottage Ave. from Burr Street to Jessie Street; in Jessie Street from Cottage Ave. to Ivy Ave.; in Bradley Streft from Cottage Ave. to Ivy Ave.; in Ivy Ave. from Jessie Street to a point that is 35 feet east of the east line of Lot 16, Block 1, Stone & Morton's 2nd Add., all of which is to be known as the JESSIE -IVY SEWER SYSTER with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 30_,024.90 Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 6th day of October , 19-59, at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
