WHEREAS, Additions and Deductions Which might prove to be
necessary in the Improvement described as the Construction
of a SEWER in" MAGNOLIA STREET from Burnquist - Avenue to
Magnolia Lane, Comptroller's Contract'L -6120, Frank Serratore,
Contractor, have been provided in the Specid'i cations, and
WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following
Deduction:
DEDUCTION
1 - No. 1 Manhole - complete 250.00, and
WHEREAS, the total Deduction is 250.00, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the City 'of St; Paul through its City Council
approves the *foregoing-Deduction, made' in accordance with' the
Specifications in the sum of _$ 250�Oa, -said amount to be
deducted from the' lump sum consideration named in th6'contract,
known as Comptr6llerfs Contract L -6120, for the making of
the above Improvement

WHEREAS, the total Deduction is $ 250.00a now therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council
approves the foregoing Deduction made in accordance with the
Specifications in the sum of $ 250.00, said amount to be
deducted from the lump sum consideration named in the contract,
known as Comptrollert s Contract L -6120, for the making of
the above Improvement
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the
above named Contractor that the amount of $ 250.00 is the
correct sum to be deducted from the above contract.
