LOWELL Supt. of Public Recreation In the matter of the condemnation of the building at 1043 Payne Avenue, described as South 25 feet of North 75 feet of Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 6, Arlington Hills Addition to Saint Paul, C. F. No. 187831 (as published in the official paper) was mail- ed on June 16, 1958 to Century Elcon, Inc., 1043 Payne Avenue with a copy to Carroll Swenson, 990 Payne Avenue, which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the two story frame building with one story concrete block addition at 1043 Payne Avenue. Mr. Swenson let a contract to Patsy 'Wrecking Co. for the wreck- ing and removal of the frame portion of this building. The one story concrete block portion, 30 by 22 by 12 feet still remains on the premises and should be wrecked and removed. No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of the condemnation proceedings. Please proceed with the condem- nation action, which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And Public Buildings to enter upon the premises and wreck and remove the building thereon, and to do any and all things therein necessary for the protection of life, limb, and adjoining property.
