Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also described as No. 822
Hague Avenue, andwreck and remove the two and one -half story frame
dwelling thereon, and to do any and all things necessary therein

The City Council requested that you prepare a resolution (No. 3) authorizing
and directing the Commissioner of Parks, Recreation and Public Buildings to
enter upon the premises and wreck and remove the two and one -half story
frame dwelling at 822 Hague Ave., as more fully described in the attached
letter of the City Architect, as there has been no appeal filed for a re- hearing
in this condemnation proceeding and the building has not been removed.

Under date of August 3, 1959, a printed copy of Council
File No. 193366 was mailed to Alma L. and Elizabeth K.
Tengler, which resolution directed the wrecking and removal
of the two and one -half story frame dwelling on Lot 1,
Block 10, Nininger & Donnellyts Addition to Holcomb 0s
Addition, also known as 822 Hague Avenue, as published in
the official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing
of the condemnation proceedings, and-the building has not
been removed.
Please proceed with the condemnation action, which will au-
thorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And Public
Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and remove the
building thereon, and to do any and all things therein neces-
sary for the protection of life, limb, and adjoining proper-
ty.
