Tengler, which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the two and one -half story frame dwelling on Lot 1, Block 10, Nininger & Donnellyts Addition to Holcomb 0s Addition, also known as 822 Hague Avenue, as published in the official paper. No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of the condemnation proceedings, and-the building has not been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action, which will au- thorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and remove the building thereon, and to do any and all things therein neces- sary for the protection of life, limb, and adjoining proper- ty.
