Dear Council Members:
An investigation was made of the condition of the one story
frame shed at 1080 Albemarle Street, described as Lot 15,
Block 26, Auerbach 8 Handts Addition to the City of St. Paul,
according to the plat thereof recorded in the office of the
Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota.
This shed is 20 by 12 by 7, located on the rear of the lot,
very dilapidated, partly burned out, no roof., full of junk,
a fire menace and dangerous to life, limb, and adjoining
property. It should be wrecked and removed.
The last known record owner is Philip F. and Martha J. Cormi-
can, 1144 Fairmount Avenue, St. Paul 5, Minnesota. A Danger
Notice has been posted.
Kindly institute condemnation action be setting a hearing date
in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the St. Paul Legislative
Code.
