Gentlemen:
This Department has caused an inspection to be made of the two
story frame duplex dwelling at 631 Virginia Street, also de-
scribed as Except West 45 feet Lot 9, Block 25, Kuhnts Subdivi-
sion of a Part of Lafondfs Addition to St. Paul.
This building is approximately 42 by 24 by 26 feet. It is bad-
ly run down, foundbtion is deteriorated, building is rotting,
floors have sagged, plaster is falling, wiring and plumbing
are faulty. This building is dangerous to life, limb, and ad-
joining property and should be wrecked and removed.
The last known record owner is Robert E. Joyce, 844 West Iowa
Avenue, St. Paul 17, Minnesota. A Danger Notice has been post-
ed.
Kindly set a hearing date in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of
the Saint Paul Legislative Code covering condemnation action.
