The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration
the preliminary order of the Council, known as Council File No. 193196
approved July 21 , 19 59 , relative to condemning and taking
an easement in the land necessary for slopes, cuts and fills in the grading
of Hoyt Avenue from Dale Street to Grotto Street
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby
reports:
