sidewalk exists, and except that portion described as follows: except streets
W2 of NE2 of NF,,'- of NW-41 and E2 of N441 of said NE,-, of NWu of Section 35, Township 29,
Range 23
under Preliminary Order 1936,1 approved August 18,_19599
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is he eby orderod to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to construct a
monolithic concrete sidewalk on the south side of W. Minnehaha Ave. from Chatsworth St.
to Victoria St. except where satisfactory sidewalk exists, and except that portion
described as-.-fo"ows-i.. except streets W2 of NEu of NEu of NW, and E2 of NW,1 of said
NEu of NW; of Section 35, Township 29, Range 23,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $•50 per sq. ft. for mono.walk 4"
(Excay., fill, conc. rem'd., root cutting, drive crossings, etc. at extra cost.)
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 22nd day of
September , 19_5-9, at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total co6t thereof as estimated.
