approximately 310 feet south of Hague Avenue abutting the property known as
1276 Hague Avenue, Lot 14, except the east 8 ft., Block 15, Anna E. Ramsey'a
Addition to.the City of St. Paul,
under Preliminary Order 1931+82 approved August 5, 1959
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to reconstruct the
sidewalk on the east side of Syndicate St. approximately 110 feet south of Hague
Avenue abutting the property known as 1276 Hague Avenue, Lot 14, except the east

8 ft., Block 15, Anna E. Ramsey's Addition to the City of St. Paul,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ • 50 Per sq. ft. for mono.walk 4" thick.
(Excay., fill, conc. rem'd., root cutting, drive crossings, etc. at extra cost.)
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 22nd day of
September , 19-5SL-, at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
