WHEREAS: Richard A. Vierkandt desires to withdraw Application F -1902 for Restaurant,
On and Off Sale Malt Beverage, Tavern, Dance Hall, and Cigarette licenses at
205 Forbes Avenue and requests the return of the license fees deposited thereon,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the proper city officers be and they are hereby authorized to refund to
Richard A. Vierkandt the fee of $ 281.42, deducting $ 25'058 from the original
fee of $ 307.00 posted for the period the applicant operated on said application,
