of the General Fund, weekly compensation of $45.00 be paid
Clarence Novak while he is totally disabled by reason of injuries
he received on January 8, 1958, while employed by the Department
of PublicWorks, and that $135.00 in final settlement, to and
including January 31, 1958, is now payable.
