Presented by
WHEREAS, the Internarional Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIIvIC) is a professional nonprofit association of Municipal Clerks
and officials from ciries throughout the United States, Canada and azound the world; and
WHEREAS, City Clerk Shari Moore is on the Soud of Directors for IIMC, representing the states of Minnesota, Iowa and
Wisconsin; and
WHEREAS, IIMC's mid-yeaz boazd of directors meeting is being held in Albuquerque, New Mexico on November 6th and 7th,
2009; and
WI�EREAS, IIMC's policy is to pay for the lransportation, hotel and meal cosu of the board of duectors for the mid-year
meeting; and
WI�REAS, the amount that IIMC will pay for City Clerk Shari Moote is $288 for airfaze to be reunbursed to Ms. Moore, $301
directly to the hotel plus meals and ground hansportation as provided by the organization;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul accepts the gifts of airfare, hotel and meal costs from IIMC on
behalf of Shari Moore to allow her to attend the mid-year meeting.
