The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration
the preliminary order of the Council, known as Council File No. 190207 ,
approved December 5th , lg 58 , relative to condemning and taking an
easement in the land necessary for slopes, cuts and fills in ® grading and
surfacing with bituminous material the alley in Block 7, Rice Street Villas,
from Hoyt Ave. to Wheelock Parkway
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby
reports:
1. Said improvement is necessary and (or) desirable.
