RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Finance hereby is
authorized to endorse, in behalf of the City of Saint Paul,
that certain check of State of Minnesota, in the sum of $1050.00,
made payable to order of County of Ramsey, City of St. Paul, Conrad
S. Dahl, Lucille E. Dahl, Twin City Federal Savings and Loan
Association and H. B. Krengel, attorney, as and for payment of
award of damages for condemnation by State of Minnesota affecting
Parcel 290C in Ramsey County, Minnesota District Court proceedings
State of Minnesota vs. Griebowski -Urban Investment Co., et al,
and, subject to the contingency hereinafter stated,to deliver said
check to said Conrad S. Dahl, Lucille E. Dahl (as fee owners) Twin
City Federal Savings and Loan Association and H. B. Krenkel,attorney,
it appearing that the rintgxest of the City is limited to a lien
for -water frontage tax in the amount of $240.00, no part whereof
has been paid, and the foregoing authorization for the endorsement
and delivery of said check shall be contingent for its operative
effect upon the payment of said water frontage tax_in_full to the_____,
