the oonsent of the Comptroller, to issue Purchase Order to PUBLIC WORKS
EQUIPMENT COMPANY for 2 1B -255 M/B Cylinders for Elgin Sweepers, at a
cost of $222.20, without advertisement or competitive bids as this the
only source of supply and no advantage could be gained thereby.
