A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the °C61i —I
having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having full 60 ;q4>:
the same; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of St. Paul that the precise nature, extent and
provement to be made by the said City is to restore the sidewalk on the east side
Milton St. from James Ave. north to the approximate north line of Lot 16, Block 10,,• ,
Michel and Robertson's Add. by constructing new sidewalk where,necessary and by
repairing where practical
.'and the Council hereby orders said improvement to be made.
! RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare,plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
P approval; that upon'-said approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

The Commissioner of Finance hereby reports as follows:
