consent of the Mayor and the Comptroller to purchase from MCCARTRY WELL COMPANY
labor, materials, services and equipment for drilling and bailing well located
northwest of Lake Como Pavilion to make pump test, at a cost of $1630.00 (plus
$20.00 per hour for cleaning out well if more than 20 hours time is required
or ordered), without advertisement, as. per Informal Bid #356, as an emergency
