Resolved, By the Council of the City
of Saint' Paul, that said Council hereby
concurs in that certain resolution of
the Board Iof County Commisisoners
by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that said
Council hereby concurs in that certain resolution of the Board of County
Commissioners of Ramsey County, Minnesota, adopted March 23, 1959, a copy
of said Board resolution being filed herewith and incorporated herein by
reference, that the proposed additional lease thereby contemplated, by
said County and said City, as Lessors, and the State of Minnesota, Department
of Public Welfare, as Lessee, to cover the Preventorium property of said
Lessors, situate on the east shore of Lake Owasso, in said Cpunty, hereby
is approved and in behalf of said City authorized, provided that the same
shall contain, among other things, provisions for its effective date,
July 1, 1959, for rental payments of X1,000 per month by said Lessee to

said Lessors, for said Lessee's payment -of insurance premiums for fire and
extended insurance coverage to the insurable value of the same on said
Preventorium property for the benefit of said Lessors as insureds, and for
said Lessee's assumption of responsibility for the proper maintenance of the
demised premises; and that said proposed lease shall be in writing and
approved as to form and execution in behalf of said County by its County
Attorney and in behalf of said City by its Corporation Counsel. _
