RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Coaw ittee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, skill,
protection, tools, plant, power, light and other facilities necessary for the
Construction of the Ten- Million - Gallon Snelling Avenue Reservoir, between High-
land Parkway and Ford Parkway, St. Paul, Minnesota to M. J. MC GOUGH COMPANY in
and Addenda Nos. 1 & 2
accordance with City plans and specifications /therefor hereto attached and the
Formal Bid #7607 of said M. J. McGough Company for the contract price of
$534,500.00, such bid being the lowest and said M. J. McGough Company_being a
reasonable and reliable bidder and the'Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
directed to draw up the propelk "Vorm of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby

and said M. J. McGough Company

and the Corporation Counsel be and
hereby is directed to draw up the
proper form of contract therefor, and
the proper City officials hereby are
authorized to execute said contract
on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
