Resolution Ratifying Assessment
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for
repaving Fourth Street from Seven Corners to Broadway, and the westerly
side of Cedar Street from Fourth Street to Fifth Street including widening
the paved roadway on the northerly side of Fourth Street from Wabasha Street
to Cedar Street; constructing new curbing and sidewalks-or reconstructing the
present curbing and sidewalks where-necessary; constructing sewer, water and
gas service connections from the street mains to the property lines where
necessary; reconstructing the paving, curbing and sidewalks on intersecting
streets where not in conformity with said improvement; constructing pull boxes
and conduits foran ornamental lighting system and traffic controls where
necessary; and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to
said - improvement`;

-Said Commissi6ner' further reports that`he has assessed and levied the total- amount as above ascer-
tained, to-wit: the sum of $ 111; 64� . 69 upon each and every lot, part or parcel of land deemed
benefited by the said improvement, and in the case of each lot, part or parcel of land in accordance with
the benefits conferred thereon; that the said assessment has been completed, and that hereto attached,
identified by the signature of the said Commissioner, and made a part hereof, is the said assessment as
completed by him, and which is herewith submitted to the Council for such action thereon as may be
considered proper.
