4 Be it RESOLVED, that in accordance with Section 87.14 of the Legislative Code,
5 the Council does hereby set a public hearing for proposed charges for one-inch
6 water service connections and taps of all sizes on November 4, 2009 at 530 pm in
7 the Council Chambers, and be it
9 FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of
10 said hearing in a newspaper of general circulation, the publication of which is to be
11 at least ten (10) days before said public hearing.
