4 Be it RESOLVED, that the Council does hereby set a public hearing for proposed
5 late charges on water and sewer service chazges that are not paid within thirty (30)
6 days of the billing date on November 4, 2009 at 5:30 pm in the Council Chambers,
7 and be it
9 FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of
10 said hearing in a newspaper of general circulation, the publication of which is to be
11 at Ieast ten (10) days before said public heazing.
