In the matter of grading and improving Kasota Avenue (Temporary
Roadway) from Raymond Avenue to its junction with the permanent roadway
at Station 15*43 pursuant'tb agreements between the City of St. Paul
and the North6rn Pacific Railway Company, dated September 21, 1956,
and November 13, 1958, and Preliminary Order C. F. 191195, approved
March 3, 1959.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the above
named improvement, as submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works,
be and the same are hereby approved and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby
directed to advertise for bids on this improvement.
